A whole conversation ensued this morning with my friend Ai Astronaut Steve 👨‍🚀 regarding his post (https://lnkd.in/dJnbADp7) of a luxurious bedroom with a Koi Pond at the foot of the bed.

I commented, “Just hope you aren’t a sleep-walker…. My middle son would have fell in here at least once a week as a little one.” My son Nicolas would completely wander the house – and even made his way outside a few times – completely asleep. I often would hear and discover him in the kitchen making something to eat – totally unaware of sleeping condition. It was wild.

So, Steve shared a ‘safer’ alternative with pastel colors. While lovely, I pointed out that Nic’s SF position in the US Army would not work so well… I think his Army Special Forces mates would definitely “give him crap” about such luxuriant and plush accommodations.

So, I decided to explore what MIGHT work… a glamping bedroom setup in the woods at Fort Bragg (now called Fort Liberty).
