How do I explore a prompt? While it can be quite random of an origin point, it often stems from a flash of a thought, an overheard comment or something I just read (whose cadence and word flow just FEELS like visual poetry.)
This set came from discovering the art of digital artist Carl Jacobsen and hearing him describe his latest artwork in an interview. In the video, he used a few interesting phrases – ‘Zen brushstroke’ and ‘flowers of the metaverse’. Compelling concepts to build an image around – right!?
• zen brushstroke of flowers of the meta verse, beginners mind Zazen. Deep rich colors. –ar 3:2 –s 250
I liked the visuals created with this (particularly the bird and orange flower), bur decided to focus the direction more… and modified it as follows.
• zen brushstroke, gathering of peonies, flowers of the metaverse, beginners mind Zazen meditations. Deep rich colors. –ar 3:2 –s 250
My wife (Trish Sykes) was nearby and I showed her what Midjourney was crafting from this wordsmithing… and she expressed –
“Ooooh, I like it… but I would like it even wetter with broader midtones”
So I modifed the prompt to this… adding ‘liquid’ and ‘wet’
• liquid zen brushstroke, gathering of peonies, flowers of the metaverse, beginners mind Zazen meditations. Deep wet and rich colors. –ar 3:2 –s 250
